At Danielle Gamble Skin, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. Because we are a by-appointment studio, these policies allow us to give every client the experience they deserve.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Our schedule is often booked well in advance, and last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill.
Same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service is due.
Cancellations made the day before: A $145 cancellation fee applies.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments being canceled or your ability to book being restricted. We value your time and ask that you value ours as well.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

Need to make a change? You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly through your booking confirmation or Square account. If you don’t see another appointment that works for you, please join the waitlist for your preferred dates and times. We’ll reach out if an appointment becomes available.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment. We are a private, one-on-one studio and use the time between clients to thoroughly sanitize and prepare the treatment room.
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we’ll always do our best to provide your full treatment; however, depending on our schedule, your facial may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.

Planning Ahead

Love seeing us regularly? Before you leave your appointment, we recommend reserving your future visits. Our books often fill months in advance, and pre-booking is the best way to secure your preferred days and times.
