Before Your Appointment

We look forward to welcoming you to Danielle Gamble Skin. A little preparation helps us make the most of your appointment and customize your treatment to your skin. Please review the below before your visit.

Makeup & Skincare

Whenever possible, please arrive makeup-free or with minimal makeup so we can make the most of your treatment time. Sunscreen is absolutely fine and always encouraged! We’ll take care of the rest once you’re here.

Pause Retinol

Please stop using retinol two days before your facial to help minimize sensitivity and irritation during treatment. If you use prescription retinoids or other prescription topical treatments, please let your esthetician know.

Botox, Filler, Microneedling or Laser

Please allow at least 10 days between Botox, filler, microneedling or laser treatments and your facial. This gives your skin adequate time to recover before your appointment.

Active Cold Sores

We cannot perform a facial if you have an active cold sore. If one develops before your appointment, please contact us to reschedule.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment. We are a private, one-on-one studio and use the time between clients to thoroughly sanitize and prepare the treatment room.
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we’ll always do our best to provide your full treatment; however, depending on our schedule, your facial may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At Danielle Gamble Skin, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. Because we are a small, by-appointment studio, last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill.

Same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service is due.
Cancellations made the day before: A $145 cancellation fee applies.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments being canceled or your ability to book being restricted. We value your time and ask that you value ours as well.
